Lisa began her dental career over 25 years ago as a dental assistant before leading our front office in 2013. Lisa helps to ensure a smooth and caring experience throughout the office for our patients, staff, and Dr. Setter! She enjoys helping and building relationships with our patients and referring offices. Outside the office, Lisa loves to spend time traveling with her husband and daughter (Go Zags!).
​Vivianna began her career in dentistry in 2016, working in general dental and oral surgery offices in her home state of Arizona. We were fortunate enough to steal her to the Pacific Northwest in 2020 and she has been a patient care coordinator at Setter Periodontics ever since. Vivianna’s favorite thing about working in the dental field is helping patients feel comfortable with our care and confident with their healthy smiles. Her favorite hobby is spending quality time with her little family & exploring the beautiful places the PNW has to offer.
Bobbie has been helping dental patients in Portland for over 30 years and we have been so fortunate to have her join our team in 2022. She brings incredible experience and a smiling face to every patient who walks through our door. Behind the scenes, Bobbie is our festive holiday decorator and treat supplier! In her free time, she enjoys the two “G's”: grandkids and golf! She also enjoys watching football, especially the Gladstone Gladiators and the Oregon State Beavers!
Lexie is new to dentistry and joined us in October 2022 after graduating from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She has really enjoyed learning all about periodontics and is excited to be expanding her knowledge in marketing. Her favorite part about her role as Professional Relations Coordinator is having the opportunity to build relationships with our referring offices and meet them face to face. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, finding different ways to stay active, and traveling to new places.
Zulay is a Portland native and has been in the dental field since 2015, starting in general dentistry and oral surgery. We convinced her to join the best specialty of them all (periodontics!) in 2023. Zulay enjoys working closely with patients towards a mutual goal of oral health and she loves continuously learning new things. When not working, Zulay is creating memories and going on adventures with her little family. 
Tia has been a dental hygienist extraordinaire since 2006 and joined our team in 2023. She has a passion for using the latest technology to help her patients achieve optimal health and she strives to make each appointment as comfortable as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping and anything outdoors. She has two adopted kittens and is currently working on convincing them that all her beloved house plants aren't snacks or chew toys.
Leslie has been in the dental field since 2004 and does everything from teaching at Pacific University to running her own myofunctional therapy practice. Leslie always has a smile on her face and is dedicated to her patient’s overall health. Her husband lured her here from New Mexico and together they have two children, Addie and Alder. Outside of dentistry, she loves spending time with her family and volunteering in her kids’ Spanish Immersion school.
